Cancellation Policy:


Thank you for choosing Suite 16. We understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. In order to provide efficient and quality service, we have implemented a cancellation policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy outlined below:


1. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at minimum 48 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to offer the appointment to another client and adjust our schedule accordingly.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.


2. Same-Day Cancellations or No Shows:

  • If you cancel your appointment on the same day or do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost.

  • We dedicate our time and expertise to each client's appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows result in lost opportunities to accommodate other clients who may have been on our waiting list.


4. Appointment Reminders:

  • To assist you in keeping track of your appointments, we provide appointment reminders via email. These reminders will be sent beginning 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.


5. Rescheduling Your Appointment:

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.


We genuinely value our clients' time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. By adhering to our cancellation policy, you enable us to optimize our scheduling and ensure the satisfaction of all our clients. Return Policy(product)

We do not offer refunds on any purchased products. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns. This allows you to choose an alternative product and cannot be used towards services. The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Adjustment Policy(services)

We do not offer refunds. However, we understand that minor adjustments may be needed at times. If you require a tweak to your hair color or cut, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We believe in open communication and strive to address any concerns promptly. We are committed to ensuring that you leave our salon feeling confident and delighted with your new look.
